Mentoring Parish Volunteers for Catechetical Support

1) Parish Ambassador – A liaison between a Parish and LAMBS

Each Parish will designate a person interested in becoming a Parish Ambassador. The Parish Ambassador will be the liaison between the Parish and LAMBS to coordinate access to LAMBS Programs, Resources, Communications, Prayer Companions, and Family Coaches for Mentoring and instructing other families about LAMBS Programs in sharing the faith.

4) LAMBS Prayer Companions –

Connect with prayer partners to pray with you and for you. Coordinated effort to form prayer groups in homes, in church, or online (Zoom Meetings). This can be Seasonal (i.e. Advent/Lent), Monthly, Weekly, or Daily, and can include Eucharistic Adoration coordinated with the Parish.

5) “Family Coaches Corner”

Develop Family Coaches to mentor their family and to coach other families in the Journey of Faith. This will connect families with other Parish families in developing and sharing Catholic faith and traditions.
